Old School Padres
The Red Sox were in San Diego last night to play the Padres for what I am assuming is the first time ever. I joked with Joellyn about driving over there to see the game. Given that the Padres busted out with the old school circa 1982 unis in honor of Tony Gwynn we should have, doh.Dice K out pitched Greg Maddux as the Sox won 2-1.
This NL West swing the Sox are finishing up has been pretty cool. The Padres are a good team this year so the action should continue to be good the rest of the series, too bad I can't get any of the games here.
