Series Winning Home Run
Dalton Carriker hit an extra innings solo home run to win the Little League World Series for is Warner Robins, GA team.Mike and Tony on PTI had an amusing bit about whether he can ever top this moment in his life.
That might be a good question but my take on this is that success from coming through in the clutch on the sports field carries over into other aspects of life for a long time which is what makes sports such a great thing for kids to be involved with.
I had a little bit of luck in this regard on the basketball court (much, much smaller scale) and the confidence instilled is real and stays on. Good for him.
